Fluffier, fuller-looking brows with a beautifully groomed finish.
What is brow lamination?
Brow lamination ___ £40
Brow lamination is a professional treatment that gently restructures the brow hairs so they can be brushed into a smoother, lifted shape. It can help tame unruly hairs, create the appearance of added fullness and improve symmetry while keeping your natural brows at the heart of the look.
Your brows are carefully shaped and set in your preferred direction, then finished with conditioning products. The result is a soft, defined and low-maintenance style that typically lasts around 4–6 weeks, depending on your natural hair-growth cycle and aftercare. Your brow artist will tailor the finish—from natural and softly groomed to fuller and more lifted—to suit you.
How to prepare for your appointment
- Complete your consultation and patch test within the timeframe advised by your brow artist and the products they use.
- Arrive with clean brows, free from make-up, oils, self-tan and heavy skincare.
- Avoid retinoids, acids and exfoliation around the brows for at least 48–72 hours beforehand, or follow the longer pause recommended by your skincare professional.
- Do not wax, thread, bleach or tint the area immediately before your appointment; ask your brow artist how much time to leave between treatments.
- Tell your brow artist about allergies, sensitive skin, recent cosmetic procedures, prescription skincare, eye conditions, cuts, irritation or eczema around the brow area.
- Allow your brow hairs to grow before the appointment where possible, so your artist has more hair to shape.
Please note: Treatment may need to be postponed if the skin around your brows is sore, broken, sunburnt or irritated. A patch test reduces risk but cannot guarantee that a reaction will not occur.
Brow lamination aftercare
For the first 24 hours
- Keep your brows dry and avoid steam, saunas, swimming and excessive sweating.
- Do not rub, press or sleep directly on the brow area.
- Avoid make-up, creams, oils and active skincare on or close to the brows.
- Do not book another brow treatment or apply self-tan to the area.
- Wear loose, dark clothing, sandals or flip flops.
From day two onwards
- Gently brush your brows into place each day with a clean spoolie.
- Use the nourishing brow serum or conditioner recommended by your brow artist to help keep the hairs soft and flexible.
- Avoid harsh scrubs, retinoids and exfoliating acids directly over the brow area.
- Brush the hairs back into shape after cleansing or getting them wet.
- Follow your brow artist’s advice on when to rebook; appointments are commonly spaced around 6–8 weeks apart to protect the condition of the hair.
- If you experience persistent redness, swelling, blistering, burning or worsening discomfort, contact your brow artist promptly and seek medical advice if needed.

Yes. A patch test is required 48 hours before your appointment. A negative result does not completely rule out a reaction.
Most appointments take approximately 45–60 minutes, although timing may vary if tinting, waxing or other finishing services are included.
The treatment should not be painful. Tell your brow artist immediately if you feel strong stinging, burning or discomfort at any stage.
Wait at least 24 hours unless your brow artist gives different product-specific instructions. After that, cleanse gently and brush the hairs back into place.
Often, yes. Many brow lamination appointments include tinting and shaping, but this depends on your skin, brow condition and the professional system used. Your brow artist will recommend the safest option for you.
Appointments are commonly spaced around 6–8 weeks apart. Repeating the treatment too soon may leave brow hairs dry or weakened, so follow your brow artist’s recommendation.
