Cancellations, Refunds and Late Arrive policy

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 48hours in advance. Please do this via telephoning the salon mobile number and leaving a clear message on the answer machine or via a text message.

Any cancellations less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the treatment booked.

Refunds

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for any treatments. If you experience an adverse reaction to a treatment, please consult directly with the clinic manager. They will provide guidance on alternative treatments and use their discretion to resolve your issue.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Late Arrival Fee

At our clinic, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To ensure that appointments run smoothly and efficiently, we have implemented a Late Arrival Fee Policy.

Late Arrival: If you arrive 10 minutes late or more for your scheduled appointment, a late arrival fee of £10 will be charged. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your treatment to ensure that we can accommodate all clients effectively.

Fee: A late arrival fee of £20 will be charged if you arrive more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to proceed with your treatment as scheduled.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment due to late arrival, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new appointment time.

Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you believe you have a valid reason for your late arrival, please discuss it with the clinic manager, who will use their discretion to waive the fee if appropriate.

This policy is designed to ensure that all clients receive timely and efficient service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We ask that any feedback regarding treatments is provided to us within 48 hours following the treatment.

All clients should familiarise themselves with our pre and post treatment advice to ensure they receive the best results from their treatment.
